I finally found the perfect house for rent in Escazu, Costa Rica. This means that I am no longer searching for rental properties in Costa Rica.
This is why I have not been blogging in a while because I was getting moved in but it basically is a 3 bedroom (I converted one bedroom into an office), 2 bathroom house that is completely furnished for $600 a month and that includes an alarm system.
At first, the house was ok but what got me the most is that it has a huge backyard (for Costa Rican standards that is) where I can plant a begetable garden.
The neighborhood is made up of Ticos and Americans and is just about 700 meters away from downtown Escazu.
Don't worry, I am still lookng for a house which brings me to this website I found, Costa Rica Real Estate Tips which is very descriptive in getting hints and tips on buying real estate in Costa Rica.
