Well, folks, its been ahwile since I last blogged since I had found my new home in Costa Rica and so far its been going great.

However, I wished that I had done a bit more research before I bought my home because I just visited this site that has great real estate in Costa Rica that gave me lots of information about buying real estate in Costa Rica. A great article of note though, is this nifty article about how they bought their home in Costa Rica at half price.
